A recent project of ours in Ascot Vale for a multi-story apartment complex. With an overall surface area of over 400 square meters, with basement, lift recesses and 1.6m in-situ concrete walls.

Commercial Concrete
Recessed Circular Seating
These unique structures provided recessed circular seating and fire pits for an inner city business complex. They were complemented with concrete bench top bbq areas that give the business park a refuge from their offices.
Residential Concrete
Multi Unit Development Slabs
This Reservoir project was for a residential multi unit development. Consisting of 4 unit slabs with 32MPA concrete and a burn finish. The burn finish was requested by our builder as the concrete in these units are exposed.
Specialty Concrete
Church Concrete Renovation
This specialty project was for a local church who wanted to renovate their alter from their old concrete with small rounded steps to large rectangular concrete steps. These were then tiled with marble styled tiles that has elevated the church alters aesthetic.
Residential Basement with Columns
Basement Slab for Apartments
This Sandringham project encompasses 6 rectangular concrete columns to suspend the first level of the apartment complex. The reinforced concrete columns sit on their own reinforced pad footings to ensure its structural integrity.
